Terms of Sale

The artwork

All original works are hand-made by Elena Doljenkova and sold as one-of-a-kind pieces. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the original; the studio is glad to send additional photographs before purchase. Each original ships with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Placing an order reserves the piece; the studio confirms availability and issues a secure payment link. Title passes to you once payment is received in full. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Shipping & risk

Works are shipped insured and tracked. Risk passes on delivery. Please inspect your piece on arrival and report any transit damage within 7 days with photographs so a claim can be made. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Copyright

Purchasing a work transfers the physical piece, not its copyright. Elena Doljenkova retains all reproduction rights to her images.
