Are these original paintings? +
Yes. Every work in the gallery is an original, hand-painted, signed piece — most of them one of a kind. Where a fine-art print is also available, it is clearly offered as a separate option on the artwork's page.
Do the paintings come framed? +
Originals are sold unframed unless noted, so you can choose framing that suits your space — this also keeps shipping safe and affordable. Canvas works (acrylics) are ready to hang. Happy to recommend a framer in Halifax.
How are prices set, and in what currency? +
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Pricing reflects the medium, size, and the time each piece takes — watercolours and works on paper, then acrylics on canvas, then the large mixed-media works.
Can I commission something specific? +
Yes — commissions are open. A pet or a portrait, a stretch of coast that means something to you, a piece scaled for a particular wall. Start on the Commissions page and Elena will be in touch to talk it through.
How long until my piece arrives? +
In-stock originals and prints usually ship within 2–4 business days of your order. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way. Commissions are scheduled individually.
Is checkout secure? +
Yes. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant provider; the studio never sees or stores your card details. Your information is used only to fulfil your order.
